The Accord Capital
The seat of the strongest force in the known world: a city of concentric rings on a flat-topped plateau, its cliffs pouring waterfalls into a sea of cloud, with three smaller ring-cities around it behind red-stone ramparts. At its centre rises a colossal stepped tower of oxblood stone, far older than the Accord itself. Its sign is the red diamond, a ruby set in silver.

Kanzo's fire bores through every rampart to the foot of the tower, and the palace and the Belt's quarters become a crater of black glass. The tower endures. Pilgrims come to the ruin, which is becoming something between a ruin and holy ground.
